The Blueprint for Universal Education in Haiti and Beyond,
a comprehensive strategy that reframes universal education as an economic problem with an economic solution.

Our primary responsibilities include:
– Securing grants & managing donor relationships
– Establishing vendor & technical partnerships
– Creating policies & procedures
– Performance monitoring

– Administrative & logistical support to schools

Two hundred fifty million children live in extreme poverty without access to quality education. Traditional approaches have failed them. Government expansion, fee abolition, cash transfers, technology—none have achieved education for all.

The Blueprint offers a different path. Not more money for broken systems, but transformation of education economics. Sixty-two interventions that reduce costs, generate revenue, improve learning, and reach excluded populations. A proof of concept underway in Haiti—the ultimate stress test. A phased pathway to scale.

The question is not whether transformation is possible. The evidence presented in The Blueprint demonstrates that it is. The question is whether we have the will to pursue it.
